Good phone interview. I was asked questions concerning my university skills and how they adapt to the CIBC atmosphere. The job was for the summer only and I was hoping that this job would be for long term.
Online application and two online interview rounds via video call. Very smooth process. One screening round with recruiter and one with hiring manager team. All behavioural no technical questions. Interviews were approx 15-30 minutes in length.

It was a brief 15 min screening interview. The interviewer was on time and professional. Gave me a timeline as well but heard back from them after the stated deadline.

The process begins with a brief and straightforward video call for an initial HR screening, followed by a more in-depth video interview with both the hiring manager and the director
