Easy and straightforward process. Got an email in 3 days to set up a phone interview. Monday was 1st phone interview that lasted for 17 mins with basic questions related to my background and experience and HR shared some knowledge about CIBC (which I already had researched properly). After 1st interview was asked to right away set up another phone interview in 2 days. Second interview lasted for 19 mins focusing on behavioural questions.
Within a week received a call to set up final video interview with the Hiring Manager. Final interview had similar questions from previous two interviews combined; plus the roleplay of an FSR. Interview lasted for 52 mins. Received a call about my selection in 2 days after that.
Quick and easy. Was smooth as I knew the manager ( met her at my previous job). Would recommend to apply on careers page. Good company to work for. Ueuej

Really quick. There wasn’t a lot of questions and I was contacted each week. It was quite short and they really needed people. Most of the questions were basic and focused on customer service rather than balancing.
Just asked to do the assessment task and failed me. This has been happening with the CIBC since 2 years despite getting interviews from other banks. I don't know what could be the problem.
