Initial call followed next day with full 45 minute interview. Situational questions pertaining to my experience leading teams to results, community involvement, business development.
Not much spirit or culture knowledge from the recruiter although she was pleasant.

Entretien
After about a week of applying online got an email for telephone interview from a HR consultant. The interview mainly focused on review of my resume, experience and behavioural. It was detailed and lasted about a hour. Questions mainly asked centered around providing specific examples of the situations faced in leadership and sales. Like: Tell me about an example when you successfully dealt with a difficult employee; Tell me about an example when your recommendations were accepted in a group. I believed that all went well and hoped to get call for second interview.
I received an email after about a month that the position had been filled, however, my credentials were of interest to CIBC.
