I had my first interview/screening call (30) with a member of the Talent Acquisition team named Richard, and I can only express my gratitude for having crossed paths with him. The interview was warm and pleasant, and Richard made me feel incredibly comfortable, almost as if I were speaking with a friend. I believe this is a wonderful quality worth highlighting. He engaged with me genuinely, and the conversation flowed so smoothly that time passed in a flash without me even realizing it. The second stage involved an assessment divided into two parts: a personality self-evaluation and a multiple-choice aptitude test. The entire process took no more than 30 minutes, about 15 minutes for the personality evaluation and another 15 minutes for the aptitude assessment. After successfully completing this stage, I had a series of four or five interview calls (30min) with different managers from the department I applied to. In my opinion, this part of the process could be improved/streamlined by consolidating these interviews into a single session with all the managers. This would help save time and resources for both the employer and the candidate, especially since many of the questions were quite similar. The final stage was a call 15min with a native language speaker to assess my language skills. I found this a bit unusual, as it would have made more sense to schedule this earlier in the process. If a candidate were to fail this step, it could render the time spent by all parties in the previous interviews pointless. Overall, everything went well, and I received the offer a week later.

Interview process went well! clear communication and direct with start date! Able to come in around my expected salary and was one of the first asked questions before any interviews.
