Interview process went well! clear communication and direct with start date! Able to come in around my expected salary and was one of the first asked questions before any interviews.

All the interviewers were friendly and made me feel comfortable throughout the whole process. It felt like they just really wanted to get to know me and look at my experience together, rather than trying to catch me out or intimidate. There were 6 steps to the process in total : 1. Initial screening interview/chat to determine suitability 2. Online aptitude test (multiple choice with time limit) 3. 1st interview (30 mins) 4. 2nd interview (30 mins) 5. 3rd interview (30 mins) 6. Foreign language conversation(for non-English speaking roles, 15 minutes) Initially I was surprised to have to take an online aptitude test and meet with three different interviewers, but I'm really glad, because I got a very positive feeling about the culture at Bullhorn after meeting them. Richard who did my screening interview was really helpful throughout and the meetings were scheduled promptly so I was not left waiting for a long time. Feedback was also provided quickly. Overall a very positive experience and I would highly recommend!
