Applied online, called to come in for a structured interview later that week. I received an email from the hiring manager with a map of the site and a description of the STAR format used during the structured interview. Interview took an hour, consisted of one general and four behavioral questions, and I was able to ask questions at the end. Interview was with hiring manager and two other people from team. Two business days later I received an offer, conditional upon background check.
