Avantages
Great 401k Options (match up to 10%), union-side is supposed to be fantastic, small team size, student loan help in the form of a 401k match on loan payments. Coworkers are friendly, helpful, and actively want to help you advance in your career. Very clearly a union-culture built into the company that benefits all workers, whether your team qualifies or not for said unions.
Inconvénients
On high-priority projects, you can be treated as an asset rather than a person, but this was always quickly remedied and I have had few overall problems with this. Different sites have different company cultures, so make sure you know what you're signing up for before you get there. Overtime is not common for my team, but is not much higher than usual hourly rate of salaried employees.

Avantages
The pay is excellent, and the benefits are spectacular--including 100% tuition coverage for relevant degrees--and the coworkers are generally friendly and helpful. Bonuses and raises (nearly) every year, and a week off for Christmas and New Years! Boeing also takes diversity and inclusion impressively seriously.
Inconvénients
Management effectiveness varies--they often tout the See Speak and Listen policy about speaking your mind when something is wrong--however, I have repeatedly brought up a concern of mine to my manager and been met with only lukewarm attempts at a solution that always end with us right back where we started. Opportunities for growth are vague.
