The interview process was fairly straight forward and simple. I was recommended the job and recruited by a friend, who was an employee in the work group. The interview took place in a conference room with three other people, two who were Boeing managers. I was asked numerous questions, with the expectation that I answered those questions. I was then evaluated on how I answered those questions and interacted with the interviewees.
