I had a 30 minute phone interview with an HR person. It took a while to hear back via emails and I had an impression that they were very unorganized in hiring process.

Submitted resume during university's technical job fair. A few weeks later, Boeing had a week-long recruitment event on campus and I had my two interviews then. I was contacted for a 1:1 interview early in the week, and was invited back for second round interviews later that night. Next step was a group interview where interviewees had to work together to solve a problem. Overall a great experience--Boeing interviewers were very friendly and candid, though they could have given interviewees more time to prepare (to my knowledge, most were contacted less than 15-20 hours before the actual interviews).
