STAR method. Easiest 45 min interview ever. I would recommend preparing stories to use for each question, especially a 30-sec elevator pitch of skills, education, accomplishments. Start every answer with, "If I were to design the 737MAX, I would have not cut any corners like you did"

Entretien
The first round was a panel of two peers and one person in management. The questions were general in nature and followed the STAR format, for which the recruiter provided guidelines. They took turns asking questions. It was slightly off-putting because one of the people on the panel seemed to be upset but I wasn't sure why. The panel was multi-cultural but they shared a consistent professional cultural vibe.

Entretien
The interview process is based on the structured interview process. It is mostly 6 questions in length and given by three interviewers. Overall the interview wa pretty standard and the structured interview questions are similar to those you can find online.
