Initially contacted by generic email to fill out an additional and more detailed resume online. This tells you that you've made it past the computer algorithm and into the hands of an HR generalist.
Was later contacted to schedule a phone interview
There were 4 individuals listening to my interview, not sure who they were.
Phone interview questions were standard behavioral with an engineering twist. I was able to find a good amount of related ones on glassdoor.com and write up responses that could be modified to similar questions. I printed all these out and had them at the ready if in case I needed more detail in my responses. There were about 4 questions total with personal response time at the end.
Only one phone interview was conducted and I was given an offer 6mo before graduation.

Basically, you will be asked regarding your experience and skill. Then, you will be asked about working in overtime and with compressed schedule. Also, a hiring manager can model a case when you should back up some engineering to provide timely project support working on weekends in overtime.
