The interview process consisted of a group panel style interview (about three officials present) each asking a set of pertinent questions about your professional, educational and leadership experiences. They mostly focus on how you handle situations presented during the time you held those positions outlined in your resume.

Very straightforward, STAR questions, formal and informal interview format, and easy-going interviewers. All panel interviews. Great experience overall and the communication thereafter was prompt - within 2-4 days I heard back regarding my candidacy and status.

Tell me about a time when you.....and then you answer in a STAR format based on the behavioral type of interview. This is standard in all industries and especially so as to not show bias or favoritism.
Everything was fine, and they were very friendly , I’m very happy to have a chance to talk to them and i hope to get an offer with them one day in the future
