the interview consisted of behavior and situational questions which warranted direct and concise responses; the interview was given by the hiring manager. the entire process took two to three weeks; only by checking back online do you learn whether or not you are still being considered; if/when you are chosen for the job, an offer letter will be sent to you

Interviewed online by two senior engineers. First self introduction and opportunity to pitch oneself for the job. Then five questions to be answered using the STAR (Situation > Task > Action > Result) format. Not so much knowledge based questions as describing past experiences.
Finally they give you a chance to ask them questions.
