1 phone screen with human resources to assess the fit with the overall culture, plus two interviews with management and people from the involved team to test whether or not you have the skills to join that team and would fit their dynamics as well

Entretien
Spoke with two individuals in HR, the Director of Client Services, COO, and finally the VP of Strategy.
Everyone on the Bloom team was extremely friendly and I had nothing but a positive experience. I had the opportunity to better understand how my role would help propel the bigger vision at the company.
Management is motivated and clearly outlines expectations. The team seems very transparent.
