      Decent but I felt dismissed because upper management didn't have time. The first 3 interviews (including screening phone call) were professional, but there was a general lack of cohesion on the responsibilities of the role.

      Everyone I interacted with was very friendly. Despite this, delays and miscommunications with scheduling and vague, unclear descriptions of the role and work itself left me wary of what exactly the position entailed. This is to be expected with a newer/expanding role or department but other reviews left me wary of proceeding.

      Entretien

      Pretty standard process. Applied online and set up time to speak with their lead recruiter. I was very impressed and please with this conversation. One of the more knowledgable recruiters I have spoken with and I could tell he was very invested in his job. Convo went well and I was pretty much told I'd advance eon the spot. 2nd Round was with a leader in the Success org. Very conversational with no gotcha questions. About 12 days passed and on a Sunday the recruiter reached out to give me some insight into what was going on. I appreciated the transparency but essentially it sounded like they did not have their stuff together and ended up giving preference to some internal candidates in the interview process and that they would have me interview for another team with open reqs. I was told to expect follow up the next week but that did not happen. I ended up being ghosted or forgotten about, which was pretty disappointing considering the current state of affairs with Covid and unemployment.

      Thank you for taking the time to give us the feedback on your experience. Seems like it everything was going well until the miss on our part with communication at the end. I am sorry we did not follow up after indicating that we would do so. I will flag with team and try and uncover what went on. I hope this would not deter you from applying again in the future.
