      Avantages

      Dynamic, human-oriented, flexible, leader on its industry, willing to improve products and processes.

      Inconvénients

      Many changes in the CS structure team, leadership of the European team is constantly moving from EMEA revenue to US CS leadership which concludes into shift in priority and demands from leadership on frequent occasion.

      A learning experience but bittersweet

      Avantages

      - You work with some smart and fun people - Nice offices - Hybrid model with a lot of flexibility - Pay is good if you come from a smaller background but taking a step back, it falls behind with the expectations from the role and other companies with the same size - I was able to grow a lot as a CSM (trainings, sharing between CSMs from different offices, always trying to find new methodologies to better demonstrate value to customers, lots of resources to support client management - CS Director is very present)

      Inconvénients

      - I got along great with most people but there’s a kind of false benevolence in the company as a whole, with a lot of politics and some judgment between teams that I've never been able to adapt to. - US company, so some decisions are made without taking into account how other markets operate - Need to push hard when escalating a general issue in order to get the right lead to deal with it, otherwise the ball gets passed back and forth - Vision and OKRs felt over the top - they should refocus on what matters I left the company with a bittersweet feeling but still a sense of growth
