Contacted by a recruiter about applying for a role at Bazaarvoice Belfast. I applied and then heard absolutely nothing back. I sent a follow up mail. Still got nothing back, not even a standard rejection.
Never had this happen with any other tech company in Belfast before.

I had an unprofessional experience with Bazaarvoice’s recruiter. After expressing interest in my profile, the HR mentioned they would schedule the interview but never followed up. Despite multiple polite reminders and calls, there was no response or update. Being ignored without any communication reflects a lack of respect for candidates’ time and effort. I hope the company improves its hiring communication and professionalism in the future.
