Very unprofesional. Based on looks, rather than knowledge. The responsible person to interview was unexperience director with the none expat experience, neither people manager experience, no leadership or a clear vision of how to reach targets.
Smooth first interview, typical HR questions. Questions were related to my background and previous job, mostly. Some language assessment as well. They also asked about my strengths, weaknesses, and how I handle challenges, while maintaining a friendly tone that made the conversation feel comfortable and engaging throughout the interview process overall.

Quick application process and friendly interview. I was pleased with the process although I did not receive an offer. I believe they would like someone who has at least 2-3 years customer service experience.

Joke of a place. Management is seriously lacking empathy and communication skills. Very poor display overall. You’re only a number to these type of companies. Not acceptable in 2026. In Prison you’re treated better
