After two - three days of submitting my application online, I received an invitation to do a video interview. I was asked 9 questions in total. Some were multiple choice & about 4 where video responses.

First I applied online and then I performed a mock -call center assessment
I was invited for a phone interview. After phone interview I was invited for 1on1 at actual bank location.

I got my phone interview last week, and about three days later, I got the face to face interview.
The experience is good and HR was very thoughtful. Be passionate when doing the interview.

The interview process took about 2 weeks. I had an online test/simulation to do before the phone interview. After the phone interview I had an interview in person with HR.
