Only 2 interviews were done, first with the Director, and the second with the SVP. Not that much challenging interviews, much more informal mood. No study case or competencies based discussion. It was an overview of the CV and discussion about the scope of the role.

Having 95% of the skills listed in the job req you would think an interview would be in order. Instead a generic 'thanks but not interested' email was received. They missed out on a potential great employee.
