Avantages
Even after I submitted the applications for hiring, I received no benefits. Resumes were recently sent to my TL in India SSC team for consideration for job. But nobody even received a call. Only members of their community and religion were chosen by the team leaders who conducted the interviews. The HR team is also helping with the hiring of their own sisters and relatives. I truly stopped being interested in this culture and things going on in my CTSS process recently
Inconvénients
There was no basic question asked , and new hires were shocked to know that there were no questions just intro...and no HR was present just audio call. Total violation of BCD business rules, useless complaning to our director or manager's and no one asking questions because they fear losing their jobs.
