He also left the call midway through a technical interview, instructing me to email my solution afterward, which felt dismissive and disrespectful. I was shocked by how unprofessional the behavior was, especially from someone in an executive leadership position. It left me with serious concerns about the company’s culture and leadership standards. Stay away as far as possible.
