I had two online interviews. One of which was behavioral and the other was technical. I was also presented with the opportunity to speak with another employee of the company to ask any questions I had. The final round was an in-person interview that consisted of an individual segment (behavioral and technical) and a group "project" to determine how well you worked on a team and how well you can think on the spot.

Entrevista com RH e entrevista técnica com gestor caso aprovado na primeira etapa. Parte técnica nível mediano de dificuldade. São solícitos quando te pedem disponibilidade de horário pra agendar a call, mas lerdos demais em dar feedback. Estou até hoje a ver navios, mesmo depois de um ok no processo seletivo. Simplesmente sumiram e nunca mais entraram em contato.
