I was contacted by a recruitment agency regarding a position in Avanade. I had a telephonic first round which was regarding my career experiences and my previous employer and position. Round 2 was in Avanade office. It was regarding some .net principles and technicalities. Some SQL questions and personal integrity questions. Round 3 was with project technical manager who again embarked on .net fundamentals and technicalities. Questions were on design patterns as well.
