Avanade really tries to vet its hires through scenario-based questioning. I find that the folks I work with on the ground are very skilled and experts in their field. Great place.

Despite already informing them of my minimum salary expectation, they continued 3 rounds and offered significantly less salary than I mentioned before the first round began. The Post was for Group Manager and the salary offered was for a mid-level software developer.

Straight forward interview process, the recruiters were very pro-active and gave regular updates through the process. On top of the initial screening call, there were 2 stages, a 1-hour cultural fit interview and a 2 hours technical interview.
