Initial telephone interview by highly experienced and professional in-house recruiter. Discussed experience with examples, expectations and company culture. Next stage face to face interview with 2 current Executive Assistants highly inexperienced interviewers, badly represented the company. Contradicted the information provided by the recruiter including lack of enthusiasm for improving their skills and training as they were too busy. Lacked knowledge of the industry they worked in especially with regard to inclusivity and diversity.
