I applied for an EA role in the Seattle office. The recruiter contacted me and asked to set up an in person interview with 3 employees. I was a little surprised that the recruiter didn't want to do a phone screen first. Due to weather conditions the in person interview was moved 3 or 4 times. The interviews consisted of 30 minute conversations with a VP, an EA and a CIO. The questions were not very difficult and were mostly conversations in an effort to determine personality fit. These are actually the types of interviews that I prefer. I am not impressed with companies who use the "tell me about a time" scripted interview techniques. While everyone seemed nice I wasn't "wowed" by any of them, but it was late in the day so I chalked it up to that. When I left I was told that they had other interviews to do that week and that they would make a decision the following week. They would let the candidates know the outcome the following week. By the Thursday of the following week I had not heard anything and contacted the reruiter via email. I never received a response!!!!! 3 weeks later I still have not received an email or even a letter in the mail. This is completely inconsiderate and extremely unprofessional to bring someone in for a series of face to face interviews and then not have the common courtesy to let them know the final outcome. Rude, unprofessional and unacceptable. If this is how Avanade really conducts themselves I am very happy that I did not receive an offer.

Participei primeiro de uma entrevista com o RH e depois com uma gestora da área. Apesar de falarem que se preocupam com o candidato e que sempre dão um feedback (seja positivo ou negativo), eu não obtive resposta, mesmo entrando em contato após as entrevistas.
