Applied through a recruiter. The whole process was very pleasant and definitely the best one I've had by far. The recruiters are responsive and helpful throughout the entire process. First you have to complete an OA (leetcode easy-medium) after which they'll reached out to schedule an interview prep session where they'll detail the types of questions and expectations for your upcoming (virtual) onsite interviews. For the interviews, there were 3 behavioral/technical rounds and 1 full behavioral round. The technical interview questions are very similar to the ones used by Amazon. There's a huge emphasis on Audible's People Principles, so be sure to tailor your behavioral responses to them. All the interviewer were kind and supportive during the interviews and regularly provided hints. Overall, I had a wonderful time interviewing with them.
