The recruiters were super helpful and guided in the process. They use the STAR method and there's a heavy focus on the people principles. The process took about 2.5 weeks which was really efficient considering some tech companies take 3-6 months.

The first round was a technical screen which was mostly behavioral questions
Onsite there were 5 interviews and lunch.
Interviews were a mix of system design, resume review, behavioral, people management, technical program management.
