J'ai postulé via un recruteur. J'ai passé un entretien chez Audible (Seattle, WA) en mai 2026
Entretien
Went through a full 5-round interview loop. Strong performance across most rounds. Was then rejected — apparently due to lack of BSc degree (on my LinkedIn and in my CV I claim "postgraduate (in Europe this is how degrees called what you can get after high school) degree in web development" and they misinterpreted this sentence in the beginning thinking it is a BSc), despite the job posting explicitly stating 'or equivalent'. Recruiter suddenly ghosted me after I clarified my educational background via BG check. No response for 7+ business days on an open conversation she initiated. If you don't have a university degree — don't waste your time regardless of what the job posting says. The 'or equivalent' clause appears to have zero practical application

Pretty standard interview process Had 1st round of technical call with software engineer.. question not directly related to leetcode but had logic of hash map. Behavioral questions as well Cleared the round and went to finals 5 rounds - 4 technical + 1 system design All rounds have technical problems + behavioral. Everyone was very friendly except 2 of them. They didnot care what I was speaking and were multitasking. Recruiters are very friendly and helpful and response was very quick. Prepare technical data structures / system design. These days interview bar is very high and this was tough interview for sure!!

1. phone screening call with HR 2. offline round on HackerRank 3. 1-hour online tech interview. Behavioral questions and one algorithmic problem to solve 4. Final round. Four 1-hour interviews. Problem solving round. Data structure and algorithms. Logical and maintanable code round. System design round. HRs are very supportive and provide as much details and recommendations for preparation as possible. Hiring process is very long though. Between 2nd and 3rd round and 3rd and 4th there might be 2 weeks of waiting. If you rejected after final round (my experience), you won't get any clarifications of what went wrong or what can be improved.

Almost all questions are about algorithms, data structures, time/space complexity and system design. A lot of questions are behavioral.
