first teams call interview with HR was smooth followed my 2nd round of interview with hiring manager where I wasn't selected for this role as I hasn't had the software experience in sap

The recruitment process was too long. I don't appreciate the managers' approach, who interrupted me during the interview and asked questions I'd already answered. It wasn't a professional interview. I was also surprised that one of the recruiting directors had little experience in the industry... 4 years and director position is a little concerned for me.
