The recruitment process was too long. I don't appreciate the managers' approach, who interrupted me during the interview and asked questions I'd already answered. It wasn't a professional interview. I was also surprised that one of the recruiting directors had little experience in the industry... 4 years and director position is a little concerned for me.

3 interviews. First was a screening interview. Second was based on company values, and third interview was technical. The first two weren't bad. Final one was more challenging. Overall, I thought the entire process went well and I found out soon after each interview that I had progressed on to the next phase.
