The interview was pretty much standard. Although right before ending I was asked to write a response on what I would tell a customer that we couldn't cover, which before then I'd never been asked to do at a interview.

Open interview/job fair. I met with three different managers after 3 different interviews. All of the questions were call center based and customer centric. They want to know if you handle high pressure and high volume calls.
