Had 3-4 different interviews after I applied. They were all group interviews. The third one is with a Senior Manager, and the last one is with the Store Leader. The interviews themselves weren't too bad at all.

There were three main steps. phone interview, video interview through web-ex, and in-person interview. The main in-person interview was with several people in front of several managers. Attempt to prepare for the interview to stand.

Everyone was nice and it was a smooth interview. All the questions were very behavioral and scenario based. As long as you show impact in your answers then you’re good.
