J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 12 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez Apple (Sydney) en juin 2025
Entretien
I have booked a group interview at the Sydney Broadway Apple Store.
The interview process will be as follows:
The interviewer will first introduce themselves while using their MacBook to take notes.
All the candidates will sit together, usually in a corner area of the store, and take turns answering questions.
There will be a total of five questions, and each candidate will respond one by one in a round-robin format.
The interviewer will not necessarily make eye contact the whole time, as they will be focused on recording everyone’s answers.
At the end, we will have an opportunity to ask questions about the role, the team, or the company.
Finally, the interviewer will provide information about the next steps in the recruitment process and explain how long it will take to receive an update.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
Question 1: Tell me about a time you had to build a relationship with someone from a different background.
Question 2: Tell me about a time you almost lost a customer, but you won them back.
Plusieurs entretiens, systématiquement en groupe. Processus assez long. Le plus difficile des entretiens que je connaisse. Parfois une longue attente avant réponse. Possibilité de repasser un entretien 6 mois après un échec.

Question 1
Racontez une situation difficile et comment vous y avez fait face.
It’s a very long process so have patience. Sometimes they will give you feedback but if you are external you will just receive a turn down email. Keep applying. Apple says it’s not a NO. It’s a not now and that’s very true.

Entretien
Famously competitive as always, my odds were better since I kept updating my resume whenever I was on the job search. They reached out to me first by email, I completed an application, and then had three rounds of interviews in total.
