The entire process took 9 months since the time I applied for the role to the final decision. Interviews experience was avarage. Really impressed by how people love working for Apple but feel a bit weird that they all talk about the culture in Apple like something really unique and hard for outsiders to imagine. Being ghosted for 3 months by the hiring manager from my last interview even though i was told that i was in shortlist. Really appreciate the recruiter who came back to me with a closure even though i have decided to move on. Read a review here from an employee who just left the team I was interviewing for and was glad knowing that I have dodged a bullet. To those who are interviewing at Apple: think tưice, I know the name is great but I think there are enough reviews highlighting the toxic work culture. And be prepared to be ghosted and kept hanging.
