The whole hiring process takes about 2-3 weeks IF they are moving quickly with their process or else can take about 5-6 weeks easily. First they screen people with phone calls - super basic and simple. Phase 1 - Group interview Phase 2 - Individual or in my case; another group interview. All interview questions revolve around your previous work experience. I would say have 2-3 stories prepared beforehand about times when you helped customers and then tweak them according to the needs of the questions asked. Use STAR method to answer. Instead of being a "know it all" be someone that knows one thing and is a master at it.
