They guide me in what they will asking/discussing for every interview sessions. They also sending reminder in emails for every interview sessions which i find very helpful. During interview sessions, feels so relax and can openly discuss anything.

What is it like to work from your past experience.
The process involved an initial application followed by a screening call with a recruiter. This was followed by one or two interviews with team members, focusing on customer service, problem-solving, and cultural fit. The interviewers asked behavioural questions and scenarios related to handling customers and troubleshooting. Overall, the process was structured, professional, and gave a clear understanding of the role expectations.
Erstes Vorstellungsgespräch - 20 Minuten. Sehr angenehm und professionell. Solange man sich bisschen damit beschäftigt, wird es gut laufen. Man muss sich auf jedenfall selbstbewusst und sozial darstellen. Viel lächeln und aktiv zuhören. Stelle auch deine eigenen Fragen, mach es klar dass du die Website dir angeschaut hast und dass du wirklich interessiert bist. Apple ist es egal was du weißt, sei einfach ehrlich und transparent.

Entretien
One group interview as well as a phase 2/3 interview with the store manager and possibly the director (i didn't make it past the second interview) but everything is straightforward and mainly behavior questions.
