It’s a long interview process, your best option is to get a referral. There is at least three rounds of interview. Don’t get discouraged. I would even urge you to email the manager again to remind them you applied.

Apple’s technician interview usually includes a recruiter call, a technical test on troubleshooting and customer interaction, and a final behavioral interview focused on teamwork, problem-solving, and Apple’s culture. so good
easy interview for this job. They just ask you basic questions about company and your experience. This was as easy as it gets. They called me back and then let me know a week later.
