Straight forward with behavioral questions and scenarios. One phone interview, and then a video interview. It was followed up by another call letting you know how you did. The process took about 2-3 months of applying.

A customer mentions their grandma passed away and is trying to recover their lost photos of them. How would you help this customer?
Simple initial interview remote online. They scheduled online from email easy to book. It took awhile to get invited to an interview. Easy process, challenging it an interview good luck. Good company to work for it seems like good company good environment hope this helps some with the proccess

Entretien
The interview featured two interviewers asking a variety of questions to see how you process problem solving as well as your general attitude for a customer service role. Technical knowledge wasn't questioned too much. I found that Apple really wants to foster an environment where people are themselves, and my interviews within the company were less about abstract or anecdotal questions and more to get a sense of how you are and work.
