Submitted my resume online, and gave my resume to a current Apple employee to see if he could help. Ended up getting a first round interview. The woman was a recently hired full-time financial analyst. She went to my current university. She was not friendly -- she did not seem interested in asking me questions or listening to my answers.

Professional interview process with friendly interviewers. Questions focused on problem solving, teamwork, and communication skills. The process was organized and smooth. Overall, it was a positive experience and a good opportunity to learn.

Friendly people, causal, focused on fit and culture for first round. This was for a finance rotation program for undergraduate. Recruiter ghosted after interview which was very unprofessional. People are casual and very approachable.
