Applied on their career site, got approached by recruiter, had 1st call with hiring manager and 2nd with two members of the team. In general faang companies don't excel for candidate experience (considering all the applications they receive) but this time I have to share my first experience with apple. I had to chase every time the recruiter coordinator to send me the webex link (she would have forgot it for sure). I've been ghosted after the 2nd interview, not even an automatic reject email (never happened to me). I consider it as a big lack of respect towards a professional.

Easy Java theory questions, no coding exercises, some aws questions, tools...
Disorganized, dissatisfied, and disappointed. This was not what I expected from a global powerhouse like Apple. It seems they need a better way to humanize their applicants and potential employees.

The interview was online and was on their website and they take the same process as they have taken in past and I attended using my laptop. Apart from that it was good exeperience
