The process was very chaotic. There was a long wait, then a last minute, out of nowhere, request to come in immediately, which then got delayed the night before. When it finally happened, the interview was tentatively scheduled for a week out, then only confirmed the afternoon before. The interview schedule was from 10-2 with no plan to provide lunch or even allow me to take a break to eat a lunch I brought. When I showed up, the HR rep was 40 minutes late for the interview, then took 15 minutes trying to figure out what room we were supposed to be in. This meant I got zero information about the details of the position, the team, etc. before giving a portfolio presentation. Then the individual interviews were held in the lobby of Infinite Loop 1, the most busy place on the entire campus. Overall it was a very disappointing experience and left me not wanting to work with the group, though I have heard from many that my experience was very odd and particular to that group and that I should not hold the entire company accountable.

There was first a group challenge to design a marketing plan for the new Journal product. Following on from that, there were two sets of individual interviews with different people on the team. Two people led each interview.
