I've interviewed twice at Apple and I can honestly say there is a lack of respect towards candidates in the process - statistics, meat market feel. Interviewers are hyper-stressed and the whole thing has a really manic feel to it. Interviewers tried to misguide to find out true motive for interest in the role, which was childish... If the interview process is a reflection of how the company operates, next time I'll pass.
