The manager was responsive and encouraged me to share my resume. Shortly after, a recruiter contacted me and coordinated an interview with one of the team members. The process felt smooth, professional, and well-organized. I really appreciated how open the team was to considering candidates who may not perfectly match the senior-level requirement but show relevant skills and potential.
