The interview will be conducted in the form of a Focus Group Discussion (FGD). We will be divided into two groups and given a random topic to discuss with our teammates in order to come up with a solution. After the discussion, our group will present the results, and the other group will provide feedback or responses. Then, the process will be reversed — the other group will present, and we will be the ones responding.
