Entretien
The interview process for me was great! I have 3 interviews increasing in length in 30 min increments starting with a 30 min call. The interviews went well and appfolio was AMAZING at response time! I never felt in the dark or unsure of where the process was heading.

Entretien
I applied one week and was contacted by an internal recruiter the following week. I had a preliminary interview with the recruiter and was told I would be passed to the next interview round. The recruiter was very communicative and explained the process very well. The 2nd interview was with the Director of the Customer Care Department. I was told at the end of that interview that I was invited to the 3rd and final round of interviews. For that interview, I was with 2 Managers of the Payment Support Team as well as had a 15-minute shadow with a current Associate. This interview was conducted on a Friday afternoon and I was told I would be informed the following Monday. The interviews were very relaxed and everyone was very welcoming. The only wish I had was not to be left hanging on a Friday afternoon.
