1 hour online test, 30 min screening, 1 hour additional interview, full day 5 1 hour interviews including a 45 minute presentation. You'll need lots of water and a pack of lozenges.

Describe an ambiguous situation you dealt with in the work place. (not exact wording but 1 of maybe 30 questions in total.
Versant was the first round, from what I remember. Then it was a face to face round of interview with a senior manager. He asked about previous retail experiences, questions about how to keep a customer happy and retian the customer.

Entretien
The interview included two questions: Tell me about yourself and a one-minute JAM topic, assessing communication skills, confidence, clarity, overall presentation and basic speaking ability throughout the interview process effectively..
Great management, it was a walk in drive and the HR team was able to manage everything well. Enjoyed the process.
