I got an opportunity to work as a QA automation tester at Allianz because my mentor recommended me. I created my CV and sent it to my mentor. After that, Allianz contacted me as a user to conduct an interview as a candidate for a project. After the interview, I was contacted again by HR to discuss the job contract.
