The initial screen interview is quite friendly and about general information, past experiences and getting familiar with the position overview. It is not necessarily with video; it can be on the phone as well.
The interview process was easy because the questions were straightforward, the interviewer was friendly, and the environment felt comfortable, allowing me to express myself confidently without unnecessary pressure or stress.

The interview process was at an induction day where multiple candidates were present. We received a presentation and spoke to existing employees. It was an insightful day into the life of a claims handler.
